DeFalco Properties is a brokerage real estate brand I designed for my branding school project in 2020. Goal was to design an elegant, aesthetic yet sophisticated brand identity that is easily recognized. Falco in Italian means "the falcon" so I based my brand identity with a falcon letter form "F" spreading its wings.
